Safety Regulations

Helmets & Eye Protection: All riders under 16 must wear a helmet and eye protection. Everyone is encouraged to wear proper safety equipment.

Safety Flags: Required on all ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes—minimum height of 7 feet from the ground and must have headlights or a glow whip.

Speed Limit: 5 MPH in crowded areas; no reckless driving.

Passenger Safety: No passengers riding outside of vehicles without seats and seat belts in mud pits. Riding in the bed of a truck is permitted in 5 MPH areas only.

Age Restrictions

Waivers: Children under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by them at all times.

Supervision: Children 10 and under must always be with an adult, especially while driving any vehicle.

Underage Drinking: Strictly prohibited.

Environmental Considerations

No Mudding: Do not mud in grassy areas like campgrounds.

Littering: No littering—please use trash cans or bags. No dumping of any items.

Campfires: Must be always attended by an adult; no burning of pallets or tires.

Vegetation Protection: No chainsaws or damaging/cutting of trees or vegetation.

General Conduct

Weapons: No guns or weapons of any kind allowed.

Glass Containers: No glass containers or bottles—bring items in plastic or cans.

Fighting: No fighting or aggressive behavior.

Operating Hours

Main Pit Times: 8:00 AM – Sunset.

Trail Times: 7:00 AM – 12:59 AM.

Quiet Time: From 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

Vehicle Restrictions: No motorized vehicles (e.g., trucks, ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes) allowed in the park from 12:59 AM – 7:00 AM. Only street-legal vehicles permitted to enter/exit.

Wristband Policy

Wristbands: Must be always worn. If found without one, you will be asked to leave and must pay the entrance fee to re-enter.
